Thursday

Started today well but had a binge on ginger snaps. Its my fault for not having a proper lunch and then going food shopping and not being able to resist. I should be able to keep under the calorie count for the day if I have a healthy tea and no vino.

Wednesday

I might have been a bit naughty today but considering how I've binged in the past I am making some progress. Had cereal and milk for breakfast, a licorice bar for a snack and an apple juice. Lunch was a low fat sandwich and crisps (approx 500 calories), had some cheese and oatcakes for a snack and having chicken, rice and vegetable for dinner. There might be a bit of beer and wine thrown into the mix too.



I feel pretty good, managed to avoid being too harsh on myself with criticism when I saw my reflection in town. Aiming to drop a stone by Christmas which I think is a real possibility.

Tuesday

I think I might have blown the diet a bit today, I've been busy which must have burnt a few calories off and have been hypo twice. Before I add my dinner the results are as follows;

Fat (g) 50.5
Carbs (g) 235.7
Prot (g)38.5

On top of this I had a dinner of a home made steak burger with a little cheese, some battered onions, potato salad and salad. So I reckon I went over the calories a bit but hopefully not too much. Will have to be extra good tomorrow as weigh-in on Friday isn't far off.

Monday

I think I've done ok today. Stood on the wii fit this morning and it looks like I've made some progress but will leave weigh day to Friday officially. I have marmite on my keyboard which is making typing somewhat unpleasant :)

Sunday

Today has been ok, woke up hungry with a headache and have drunk gallons today hoping that would clear the headache but its a bit persistent. Been a bit naughty and had a glass of wine with tea but still under my calorie allowance.

Total Calories: 1700 (-531.44)
Total Fat: 32g (minimum 37g)
Total Carbs: 259.3g (-75g)
Total Protein: 100.2g (+19.2g)

So I seem to have been under on Calories, Fat and Carbs but high on protein. I feel ok but a bit of a headache which am wondering if thats something to do with cutting so much rubbish out of my diet so quickly.

Have decided I want to get the bra measurement to 36D. I double checked the cup size and am a 42D.
